2. Select Click & Collect as your delivery method.
3. Wait for your order confirmation via text, email, or phone call from us to notify you when your goods are ready for collection.
4. Pick up your order & Happy Travels.

Click and Collect orders are generally available on the same day they are placed. We prioritise prompt order processing and will notify you promptly.
If any item(s) in your order are out of stock, we'll provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and keep you updated. You'll be notified once the item(s) are ready for collection.

Monday – Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday: CLOSED

To collect your order, please bring your Order Confirmation (printed or on your phone) and identification with your name listed, such as a credit card, Medicare card, or driver’s licence.

Yes, you can nominate someone else to collect on your behalf. They will need to present photo identification, such as a driver’s licence, along with your name and order number.

If any item(s) in your order are out of stock, we'll provide an ETA and keep you updated. You can collect the available items first and wait for the outstanding items to arrive.
