RETURNS POLICY

To make a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

1. Proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition.

3. All packaging must be in original condition.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several working days to process. We will notify you once the refund is processed.

5. Postage charges from the original transaction will not be refunded, unless an incorrect item was supplied.

6. Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of the original order date, provided they meet the above conditions.


To initiate a return, email admin@movingrv.com with:

- Your name

- Order number

- Details of the item(s) being returned

- Reason for return

For approved online returns, items can also be returned directly to our warehouse at Factory 3/1 Commercial Drive Thomastown 3074. Please bring:

- Order Confirmation Email

- Approval for Return Email

- Photo ID for verification


In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the outlined conditions.


Faulty Items

Defective items will be assessed by the manufacturer for credit or exchange. We will work with you to expedite this process.


Special Buy Items

A restocking fee may apply to special order items unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.


Sale Items

No returns are accepted for sale items.
