SHIPPING POLICY

At Moving RV, we aim to dispatch all orders promptly upon payment confirmation. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier services and are delivered on weekdays between 9 am to 5 pm, excluding public holidays, in accordance with their terms and conditions. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched. Parcels may require a signature upon delivery.

Australia Wide Shipping Rates for Standard Sized Items:

- $10 Flat Rate (2-4 business days, excluding NT & WA)

- $15 Express Rate (1-3 business days, excluding NT)

Australia-Wide Shipping Rates for Heavy & Bulky Items (Oversized Items)

For heavy and bulky items, shipping charges may vary. Some oversized items have fixed shipping rates displayed at checkout, while others require a custom quote based on your location. 

Quotation Process for Oversized Items:

1. Complete the regular checkout process and pay for your items.

2. You'll receive a notification regarding a postage quote for oversized items.

3. Upon agreement, we'll finalise the shipping details and process payment for freight.

4. We prioritise providing quotes promptly and aim to offer the most competitive rates through our specialist shipping partners.

Delivery Time

While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur. If your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact us at admin@movingrv.com.au.
